The Gendercide Awareness Project Team is pictured with distinguished educational partner, Jolly Andruvile of Invisible Children Uganda (front in black and white). Jolly has her own story of survival in war devastated northern Uganda and is a living example of the difference an education can make individually and culturally. She has worked tirelessly over the past 30 years to educate children, especially vulnerable overlooked girls, in her poverty-stricken country. Gendercide Awareness Projectproudly sponsors 15 girls in the educational program of Invisible Children Uganda. Jolly mentors the girls to stay in school to improve their livelihoods and give back to their families and communities.
